I ordered multiple items but I have received only one item so far. What’s going on?

Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfilment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of those items.

We’ll attempt to deliver your order again the next working day. We will try to deliver a total of 3 times before cancelling your order.

How long does it take to receive my product?

We do our best to get your orders delivered by the date listed on the product page. You can check the delivery status in the order summary when you check out!

I found the package open and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

You should refuse to accept an open package. If you do accept such a package by mistake or find out it has been tampered with, please get in touch with us immediately.

How to pick up my product

Can I collect all the items at once, if I have multiple items in my cart?

Different products will be delivered and will be ready for collection at different times. If you want to pick up all your items at the same time, you can wait for the item with the latest delivery time to arrive and pickup all your items at once. Items that are received first will be held up to 5 workings days to enable pick up at once.

Can I pay with my credit/ debit card at the customer pick-up point?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pay using your bank card at the customer pick-up points. If you wish to pay with your bank card, you can select this option upon check-out on the website.

How can I collect the product?

If you choose to collect your ordered products at a customer pick-up station, you can pick-up your products at these points during our open hours (Monday to Friday 10AM to 6PM, Saturdays 10 AM to 3 PM). The hubs are open from Monday to Saturday. But, closed on Sundays and Mercantile holidays.

What are the documents that I have to submit in order to collect my items?

If you are a Sri Lankan, you need to submit a valid identity card (Example: National ID, Valid Driver’s License). If you are not a Sri Lankan, a valid pass port should be given as a legal verification document.

What happens if I fail to collect my item within 5 days from pick up station?

The order will be cancelled, and will be considered as a failed delivery/customer is not interested. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange a delivery in these situations even if the customer requests for a delivery to be made. If the order is being placed via a bank card, we will be processing a refund or a replacement upon customers’ conformation.

Can I change the delivery method after purchase (from customer pick-up to home delivery and the other way around)

Unfortunately, at this moment it is not possible to change the delivery method after purchase.

How long can I have my items at a pick-up store without collecting it?

A maximum of 5 working days from the date the item was ready to be picked up, Customer will be informed 3 times when the product is ready to be picked up.
